Greenscents, the premium British organic laundry & household brand, has refreshed their product range, adding new packaging, products and fragrances.
Following a positive response to a customer survey, Greenscents has made a number of changes to their range, most notably including new plastic-free packaging.
Greenscents’ products will now be housed in 500ml amber glass bottles which can be reused and refilled almost indefinitely.
Christina Hawkes, founder of Greenscents says “We are really excited about our refreshed range. We’ve listened carefully to our customer feedback and have swapped our biopolymer bottles for new amber glass bottles.”
The Greenscents website has been refreshed to offer everything customers need to keep their bottles in pristine condition – including replacement labels. “We’ve even made product labels available to buy on our website so if the bottles get damp and the label comes off, customers can order a new one. We want to encourage people to waste less and reuse more,” says Christina.
5l and 20l containers are available to purchase and customers will be encouraged to return their empties to the Greenscents workshop for free under a courier scheme.
“Greenscents was built on green economic principles right from the start, and that includes our product packaging” Christina says. “Our hope is that our new range will mean Greenscents customers can keep their bottles, refilling them from our 5 or 20 litre containers. Our free returns service for containers contributes to the circular economy and lowers carbon footprints.”
The brand, which is certified by The Soil Association and is the first UK household brand to be certified Palm Oil Free, has also added a Glass Cleaner, Fruit & Veg Wash, All-Purpose Sanitiser and an Anti-bacterial Multi Surface Spray to their range. Following customer feedback, Greenscents now offers their best-selling Washing Up Liquid in Minty and Loo Cleaner in Nonscents (unfragranced).
“A close look at our new ingredients list reveals that we have made our products even more natural and increased our organic percentages” explains Christina.
“Many products now include our new organic surfactant mix which combines organic soap nuts and shikakai pods to create a natural base for Greenscents products.”
The new products will be available to purchase on a refreshed website from 1st April 2022 and through a growing number of zero waste stores.
